Provide accurate guidance to Bell engineering teams and suppliers relative to PH certification topics including MCP, MBD, MBSE, tool qualification, PH conformity, formal test readiness, reuse, PDH, COTS, auto-code-generation, derived requirements validation, etc.

Provide support for PH aspects of program gate reviews for Bell and supplier subsystems such as SRR, PDR, and CDR.

Support Bell and supplier design teams in the determination of SOI audit readiness, PH release readiness, PH formal qualification test (FQT) readiness, safety of flight (SOF) readiness, and production transition readiness.

Apply knowledge of and provide training to other teams regarding commercial and military PH certification experience.

Evaluate Bell and supplier PH data for compliance with RTCA DO-254 and related standards and policies.

Act as program PH representative for regular customer related discussions, working groups, reviews, and future planning.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with other teams including system safety, quality, configuration management, systems engineering, data management, program management, and airworthiness.

Work effectively with Bell teams and supplier teams following SOI audits to resolve audit findings as soon as possible.

With minimal supervision, produce SOI audit contractual artifacts for submittal to military customer (for example, job aid workbook, audit report).With minimal supervision, conduct PH certification SOI audits alongside military customers, Bell PH quality, and other stakeholders.Primary interface with military certification authority for certifying Bell and supplier PH.Work effectively with Bell internal teams as well as supplier teams to prepare for PH certification stage of involvement (SOI) audits.Developing internal PH processes for satisfying RTCA DO-254 objectives.
